WHAT IS A WEBINAR?
Webinars are interactive, educational seminars presented via the Internet. All you need is an Internet connection and your computer speakers to join the Webinar for a live presentation or for an archive. Audio, video, slide presentation, polling questions and Q&A sessions give attendees an interactive communication experience, much like that of a physcial face-to-face event.

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL EVENT?
It is similar to a Webinar but has many more features.  Typically, virtual events feature the ability to download supplier literature, network with peers, watch supplier demonstrations, and visit exhibitor booths.  You have the ability to watch several Webinars in one day.  Can't attend live?  They are also available on-demand.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A LIVE WEBINAR AND AN ARCHIVE?
The live Webinar is only available at the time and date noted, during which you will be able to ask questions of the presenter and chat with other attendees. A recording of this live presentation is then archived and posted on the publication's website and bnpevents.com, for 12 months, to view at your convenience.

WHAT SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED TO VIEW EVENT?
You will only need a computer with an Internet connection and speakers. Test your system to make sure you have all requirements.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE COMPUTER SPEAKERS? IS THERE A NUMBER I CAN CALL?
Unfortunately, there is no phone number to listen to BNP Media Webinars. However, since you can access this event wherever you have an Internet connection, you will be able to login and view the event from any computer with the proper requirements.

WHAT IF I NEED HELP DURING THE EVENT?
A technical help link will be available within the event or you can enter a question in the "submit a question" box. You can also email webinars@bnpmedia.com where someone will be able to assist you during the event.

WHAT IS THE COST TO REGISTER?
Most are FREE. All you have to do is complete the registration fields and wait for the live event. Some events may have a registration fee but this will be noted on the registration page for the event and costs will vary per event.

WHAT IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
You may need to add the domain @theonlinexpo.com to your safe sender's list. Please do so, and then check your junk and spam email for confirmation. If you still do not see it, email webinars@bnpmedia.com with the Webinar title in the subject line.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ACCESS A PAID WEBINAR ONCE I PURCHASE IT?
Once you have successfully registered for any BNP Media Webinar, you will have access from the date of the live event through 12 months after the event. You can login and view as many times as you like!

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards. Checks and purchase orders are accepted on special consideration. Please email webinars@bnpmedia.com to inquire.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Refunds cannot be processed. Please verify that the information is correct before submitting your payment. If you have questions, please email webinars@bnpmedia.com.

HOW DO I KNOW MY PAYMENT WAS SUCCESSFUL?
Once you have successfully registered, you will receive an email confirmation within 15 minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam box or email us at webinars@bnpmedia.com for help.

HOW CAN I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY PAYMENT?
Within 15 minutes, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain event login information as well as your receipt.

WHERE AND WHEN CAN I LOGIN TO THE LIVE WEBINAR OR VIRTUAL EVENT?
The registration page and login page are all located at the same web address. If you haven't bookmarked this page you can find it on the publication's website or in the confirmation email.

The event will open 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. We suggest you login at this time to ensure computer compatibility. You can also test your system now.

DO I NEED A PASSWORD TO LOGIN TO AN EVENT?
No, most of our events only require an email adddress at login.

WHAT IF I REGISTERED BUT, DUE TO SCHEDULING CONFLICTS, I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND THE LIVE EVENT?
The Webinar archive will be available for viewing for 12 months. Within 48 hours of the live event, you will receive an email that the archive is available and can be found at the same web address as the live event.

For virtual events, archive periods are different for each event.  Please check the particular event for details.

HOW DO I SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE PRESENTERS?
While viewing the Webinar, there will be a place to type your question. Once submitted, the presenters will address audience questions during the Q&A session. If time runs out and your question does not get answered, every effort will be made to follow-up in an email after the Webinar.

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD A COPY OF THE WEBINAR?
The Webinar archive is available for 12 months from the date of the live event. During that time, you can login and view the Webinar as many times as you like and a copy of the slide presentation. Unfortunately, there is no option to download the entire Webinar at this time.
