Designer's Resource Expo will run during the above showcase times. Host tabletop exhibitors will feature package materials, components, and services targeting responsible/sustainable structural and graphic package design and development.
Who Should Exhibit
Companies who consider themselves leaders; those who are striving to establish a leadership position; or companies desiring to enhance their visibility profile within the new product and package design and sustainable innovation, technology, process or service segment
Resource Expo Exhibit Space Cost
- FREE for Sustainable Package Design Sponsors
- $1,500 for non-sponsors plus one paid Sustainable Package Design Workshop registration
Exhibit Specifications
Each exhibit space includes one 6 ft. X 30 in. skirted table, one chair, and a 5” X 7” table tent sign with your company name. Pop-up displays must be pre-approved by Packaging Strategies prior to conference due to space limitations.
Electricity, phone lines/web connections, audio-visual equipment/services, etc., may be rented directly from the hotel at the exhibitor’s expense/ responsibility. Details are provided in the exhibitor confirmation letter.
Tabletop Assignments
Exhibit space is limited. Tabletop locations will be assigned on first-come, first-served basis approximately two weeks prior to the event. Every effort will be made to position exhibitors away from competing companies. Sponsors will receive premium positions. (front entrance, near the beverage & food stations)
Exhibition Policies
- Exhibitors are required to register one fully paid attendee to the conference.
- Additional personnel may attend the exhibit only at the cost of $100 per person. Additional exhibit personnel will only have access to exhibit hall during set-up, exhibit event, and tear-down. They will not be admitted to the conference sessions or other networking events.
- Exhibit space must be paid in full prior to the conference/exhibit event.
- Packaging Strategies reserves the right to accept sponsors/hosts/exhibitors based on relevancy to the conference.
