2008 R&D Applications Seminar East

Prepared Foods' 2008 R&D Applications Seminar East will feature 7 separate and concurrent tracks, during this 2 day event. Monday's and Tuesday's tracks will each be devoted to a specific application challenge or specific ingredient functionality issue. Each track will consist of up to 7, separate "how to" educational sessions.

CUSTOM DESIGNED PROGRAM
Prepared Foods' R&D Applications Seminar East allows you to custom design your entire 2-day schedule. You're free to mix and match from 7 different tracks and over 80+ technical sessions, to develop a personalized schedule that best suit your application training needs.

Each session will last 40 minutes and there will be 5 minutes in between to allow time to get to your next session. These technical sessions will be highly attended, so you won't want to miss one minute.
