Thomas J. Morahan is an expert in the management of environmental liability and the author of the book Information Technology Solutions for EHS Professionals. He has spent the last 25 years as a consultant, business owner and manager, supporting the regulated community in the management of environmental affairs. Earlier in his career, Mr. Morahan worked with corporations as an expert in geology, hydrogeology and chemistry in federal and other courts. In the process of negotiating and implementing liability management programs on behalf of responsible parties, Mr. Morahan worked closely to ASTM to found new committees and author new standards. After years of working with paper processes for managing liability in business transactions, Mr. Morahan obtained a Master in Technology and became a key player on the business team that developed IntelligentEHS®, the industry’s first web-enabled EHS management system. Mr. Morahan is currently focused on the strategic management of international EHS affairs and on the business information aspects of consulting and product management in the EHS marketplace.
