Mr. McCarthy offers 20 years of experience in the field of information management. His experience has focused on the design, implementation and management of solutions that involve information technology processes to collect, manage and report geological, chemical, financial and spatial data. Mr. McCarthy has designed comprehensive, cost-effective information management programs for federal, municipal, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, and specialty chemical clients. He is the ARCADIS technical lead for implementation of the EQuIS environmental data management system and serves as the director of ARCADIS’ Applied Information Technology group, which consists of over 60 information technology and data quality experts dedicated to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
