Mr. Cramer, with more than 20 years environmental management experience, is currently the Director of Technical Knowledge & Innovation at ARCADIS. In this position, he is responsible for leading the division strategy development for new and existing services, managing the development of new technologies or services, driving revenue generation for defined specialty areas, maintaining our leading position in the GRiP® Remediation Program market, defining and managing the technical career track, and developing quality/technical standards for the delivery of services.

Mr. Cramer began his career in 1984 at Koppers, Inc. He joined ARCADIS, then Geraghty & Miller, in 1988 and has held various roles within the firm. He was instrumental in the development of a national manufactured gas plant (MGP) practice with over 40 utility clients nationwide. He demonstrated strong operational management skills by growing a struggling Midwest office into a successful profit center, and later as a Regional Vice President, he was responsible for managing several offices in the Midwest.

Mr. Cramer served as ARCADIS’ National Technical Director, outlining strategies and managing resources for the investigation and development of cost-effective remedial solutions for complex projects.  He later led the Industrial Accounts Program, where he effectively expanded and managed the business development efforts of ARCADIS-US.

In 2003 and 2004, he was responsible for restructuring the Buildings Division though divestment.  More recently as Executive Vice President and Director of the Environmental Division, he was responsible for the overall growth, management, and implementation of the Environmental Practice in the Americas.
