INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS

• Please provide a 150-200 word abstract by February 27th, 2008
• You will be required to provide a PowerPoint presentation distributed to attendees – changes can be made at conference is needed
• Because this is an educational seminar, all presentations must be non-commercial and the use of company advertising is not allowed
• PowerPoint slides should not exceed 30-40 slides, which will equal 45 minutes to present with a Q&A session
• You will be required to use the PowerPoint conference template
• Dress is business casual
• As a speaker, you are automatically registered for the conference as a full-paid attendee

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

• Submission of abstracts: Now thru February 27th, 2008
• Notification of acceptance: March 1st, 2008
• Submission of completed presentation: July 7th, 2008
