WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER
The SmartHome Design Challenge (the “contest”) is sponsored by ETA International and SmartHome Magazine and is open to all electronic students and professionals registered to attend “Electronics Evolution”, October 12-15th at French Lick, Indiana.
HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST
You must be a registered attendee to participate. Click here to register for the conference and the SmartHome Design Challenge.
All designs must use the provided Floor Plan.
ENTRY DEADLINE
All entries to the SmartHome Design Challenge must be submitted by September 15, 2008.
WINNER SELECTION
Each team will have no more than 30 minutes including Q&A to present their design to the panel of judges at Electronics Evolution either on October 12th or 13th.
All contest entries will be judged on the following areas:
- Design and Products Selections
- Verbal and Visual Presentation
- RESI Certification Contest Exam
PRIZES
Prizes will be presented at the ETA Awards Dinner on October 14, 2008.
