Installation will begin on Monday, October 13, 2008 at 8:00am and must be completed by Monday, October 13, 2008 at 3:00pm. Exhibitors needing more time need to make special arrangements with show management.

EXHIBIT DISMANTLE (MOVE-OUT)

Dismantle will begin on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at 1:30pm. All exhibits must be dismantled by 4:00pm on Tuesday, October 14, 2008.

EXHIBIT SPACE RENTAL

It is understood that Electronics Evolution Conference management will endeavor to assign you booth space in the order of your choice. Please refer to the exhibit hall floor plan contained on the conference Web site for specific locations and booth numbers already assigned and those available. You further understand and agree that space assignment and operating procedures may be modified as necessary from a space management standpoint and if it is in the best interest of the exposition.

Your materials must arrive by Monday, October 13, 2008 and should arrive to the hotel no earlier than Thursday, October 9, 2008. They should be shipped to:
