Presentation Information

Because we have become an AIA provider for our attendees to get AIA credits, CEU credits if qualify, a few of the presentation procedures have changed.
INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS
- You will be required to provide a PowerPoint presentation distributed to attendees – changes can be made at conference is needed
- Your presentation will need to have 3-4 learning objectives
- Your company logo and information can ONLY BE on the first & last slide
- Provide your contact information (email, phone – if applicable) on the last slide)
- You will be required to use the PowerPoint template provided. If not, the event coordinator will change it once the presentation is received
- You will need to include a “quality assurance/copyright materials” slide at the beginning of your presentation.
- Your presentation should be approximately 10-15 slides, depending on your panel session. If accepted, specific details will be sent to you
- Dress is business casual
- As a speaker, you are automatically registered for the conference as a full-paid attendee
- Make sure to get your travel requirements made in a timely manner
- A/V requirements other than the standard (microphone, laptop programs, podium, etc) should be sent to the event coordinator in advance
