Rondelé

Rondelé Specialty Foods is known for the manufacture of European-style soft cheese in the United States. For more than thirty years, rondelé gourmet cheeses have been exclusively produced in central Wisconsin. The company uses locally produced Wisconsin milk and processes it using Old World techniques. And now uses cranberries . . . that's right. Not many know this, but Wisconsin is the nation's leader in cranberry farming. The new cranberry variety received a third place award in the flavored spreadable cheese category at the 2007 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest.
