Exhibitor Information

EXHIBIT INSTALLATION (MOVE-IN)

Installation will begin on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at 6:00pm and must be completed by Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at 7:00am. Exhibitors needing more time need to make special arrangements with show management.

Dismantle will begin immediately following Lunch on Thursday, March 26, 2009 at 12:00pm. All exhibits must be dismantled by 4:00pm on Thursday, March 26.

It is understood that The Assembly Summit management will endeavor to assign you booth space in the order of your choice. Please refer to the exhibit hall floor plan contained on the conference Web site for specific locations and booth numbers already assigned and those available. You further understand and agree that space assignment and operating procedures may be modified as necessary from a space management standpoint and if it is in the best interest of the Exposition.

COST: $800

For your convenience and service needs, exhibit space rental fees include:

• 10’ x 10’ Area
• Sign with exhibitor’s name and booth number
• Sign 6ft. skirted table
• 2 chairs
• Wastebasket
• General overall illumination and air conditioning

Your materials must arrive to the hotel by Tuesday, March 24, 2009 and should arrive to the hotel no earlier than Friday, March 20, 2009. Please ship your materials directly to the conference venue at the following address:
